Rich Pattis mentions an editor with the adjacent keys, 'W' and 'E' having totally different meanings (write vs exit). I've got one a little closer to home for Unix users. Take a look at where the 'X' and 'C' keys are on the keyboard, and consider what those letters (as flags) mean to 'tar(1)'. I only screwed it up once, on a 2.5 Meg disk cartridge....
