I am interested in syntax directed table driven editors which can perform the following: - syntax checking at time of entry/change - ability to start a compile and feed back via line numbers in error to the editing process - functional capability similar to DEC's LSE product set Variously, I have seen macros generated for EMACS which go some way towards meeting these requirements but do not seem to get close to the last point. Does anyone know of commercial or public domain software which will provide this functionality for: - Pascal - C - Fortran - Basic - ADA Thank you for your responses in advance.
