Any user experiences with Local Area Network Analysers/Monitors would be greatly appreciated. In particular the following equipment. Hewlett Packard Model HP4971A - including HP18212A LAN performance software. Hewlett Packard Model HP4972A - also with HP18212A software. LANalyzer EX5000E or EX5000EP (being card plus computer) with associated software. Comments on ease of use in diagnostic and developmental environments would be of particulat use. Ditto comments on failings and gotchas. Please mail me and I will summarise for the net. thanx in advance -- P Tyers, JANET tyers%trlluna.oz@uk.ac.ucl.cs ACSnet tyers@trlluna.oz UUCP {uunet, hplabs, ukc}!munnari!trlluna.oz!tyers CSnet tyers@trlluna.oz ARPAnet tyers%trlluna.oz@uunet.uu.net MAIL: Telecom Australia (Research), P.O.
