This covers every- thing from your kid's Handie Talkies, to Television tuners, to Radio Recivers, to Field Disturbance Sensors,to Computers, to Radio Thermy machines. Part 97 covers Amateur Radio. If you are trying to design devices that have the potential to radiate Radio Energy (computers and the like) I would HIGHLY suggest getting part 15. You can purchase it from your local Federal Building Bookstore.
