     I'm looking for a good Emacs for a PC/AT running (yuck)
MS-DOS 3.1.  It must be free (no budget).  There have been
references to "MicroEmacs 3.9" and "MicroGNU".

1.   Are these the same thing?

2.   If they're different, which is closet to full GNU?
     What's left out?  Any serious glitches?

3.   Where can they be had?  I prefer anonymous FTP, but
     I'll do UUCP if I have to.
