A while ago somone posted somewhere the MicroEmacs manual in LaTex form.
This was wonderful, but it was for version 3.8i.  Is there a newer version,
and could it be distributed with 3.9e when it's distributed?  Also, i'd
like to see a list of the changes from 3.8i through 3.9 to 3.9e.  Thanks!!!
