To: Software Engineers
    When considering the legality and ethics of demanding source
code to ARTEs etc. just remember that when you are standing
in front of a system that doesn't work during acceptance
test that the AJPO, lawyers and philosophers will be nowhere
to be found. Your tail will be on the line, not theirs.

2. Ada trademark expiration
    Someone (the everpresent "they") told me that AJPO plans to
allow the Ada trademark to expire this year. Any truth to this?
