     Got my call returned from Borland today.  Apparently if you
   ordered a toolbox which will be shipped later, they tacked on
   the shipping cost with the TP shipment.  This was listed under
   Sundry charges.  They said that my toolbox shipment should then
   have no shipping charges on it.  I'm satisfied with the explanation.
