    Is there anyone out there who has mh.6.5 availible by anonymous ftp?
  I have had no luck at all getting to uci.edu via anon ftp (transfer rates
  in the tenths of Kbytes/sec on a four megabyte file are not the way to
  go).  Prefered is a location in the Maryland area on the arpanet or milnet
  (as opposed to nsfnet); that's where our best connectivity is currently.
