Decvax has moved and is now back up after a bunch of logistical and
political hassles you don't want to know about.

What you do want to know about is that the message sent out before the move
gave the wrong new phone numbers. If you got the message, just add 1 to both
the 2400 and 1200 bps numbers. If you didn't get the message, but should
have, send mail to decwrl!decvax!postmaster.
