I got so fed up with VX/VE's uucp implementation that I decided to hack the
4.2BSD sources to run under VX (for the uninitiated, VX/VE is CDC's System V
emulation on their Cyber 180 machines running NOS/VE).  I don't know how
many sites out there are running VX (if _any_), but I'll send diffs to
anyone requesting them.

As an aside, should I consider sending my diffs to the folks up in Berkeley
for future releases?  I'm not sure who I should talk to about this.
