Excuse me for being dense, but as long as Congress is making laws, why don't they simply make it illegal to broadcast any election results until the polls are closed? Word-of-mouth is OK, only mass media need be affected (Radio, TV, NewsPapers). If they make it a treasonable offense, maybe we'll get a chance to shoot some of those stupid broadcasters!
