Summary: Request for small C usage info

I have seen Small C for various machines on many of my local bulletin
boards and on this net, but I have never found any documentation.
I know there is some Dr. Dobbs articles several years old, but I don't
have those magazines, and neither does my city library!

Does anyone have or know of:
A description of the Small C language
Compiler invocation (command line options, parameters, etc)

Please don't refer to out of date Dr. Dobbs!
