Problem we are stuck at: when we access the hard disk (whether by mkfs or dd), the first couple accesses go through, then we hit a series 'can not reset controller' errors. The controller is i/o port compatible with the IBM AT controller, and there are no bad sectors on the disk. We're stuck - any help would be welcome.
