The last I heard from Andy, the v1.2 with user's manual was supposed
to be released in October. It's now the middle of November and I haven't
seen any reviews of it. Has anyone gotten it? If so a review and table
of contents of the manual would help greatly.

Also, has anyone gotten the 1.2 C compiler? Hope about posting a review
of if it really is better than the compiler shipped with MINIX and how
much better.


I am assuming the original compiler is still being shipped with 1.2 and
then if you want the better one, you have to buy the 1.2 separately.
(This is mainly to confirm that if I spend $120 for the slipcover
version I'll be getting a C compiler and not have to spend another
$120 until I can afford it)
