I phoned Prentice-Hall and no one I talked to had even heard of v1.2 of Minix,
nor imagined that an updated release might be in the works.  I wouldn't
hold my breath.

Unipress is selling the v1.2 C compiler for about $100 and the pascal compiler
for $150.  This is for source.  No low-cost distribution of binaries only
was offered.
