Message-ID: <0562852997@uwovax.UWO.CDN> Date: Mon, 2-Nov-87 12:03:17 EST Article-I.D.: uwovax.0562852997 Posted: Mon Nov 2 12:03:17 1987 Date-Received: Sat, 7-Nov-87 16:34:05 EST Sender: daemon@ucbvax.BERKELEY.EDU Organization: The ARPA Internet Lines: 21 We are installing GNU emacs version 18.47.3 on our vax cluster running VMS 4.5. The GNU emacs manual included with this version is oriented towards UNIX systems. The Preface mentions that a VMS version may appear in the future. Has a VAX/VMS version of this manual been written? If so, where can i get a copy? If not, has someone written one for their local site and are they willing to send me a copy? Finally, has anyone modified the lisp library routines so that emacs commands such as M-x print-buffer will work under VMS? Could you please send me a copy of these? Please respond by e-mail to me directly.
