A lot of people are missing the same ones.  I am trying to get a hold
of Gregg Wonderly, and also trying to subscribe to his list INFO-VI,
but havent been able to get through to his net-node.
If someone has those, then please post them here since I can get
them.  Someone else said they were missing 14 in addition to
1,2,3,4,6
