We have two DZS-11's on our little VAX-11/750 here and I would like to be
able to get hold of the line statistics that are available at the remote 
terminal, without having to telephone a remote user.

Does anyone know if this is possible? Has it been done? Does the DZS-11 have
the statistics or only the remote multiplexor? Any ideas?

(The problem is noisy lines, which the carrier insists aren't noisy, but they
are only noisy for some of the time - I would like to work out when and
how badly)
