     Hi Netlanders,

     To whoever is writing a Jnet DCL command procedure:  there is
a great REXX procedure for using COMSERVE%RPICICGE.BITNET@WISCVM.WISC.
EDU.  You might want to use their DCL version as a template.  Also try
asking some postmasters on Jnet if they know of any DCL command
procedures that already exist.
     There seem to be quite a few questions about general network
operation/communications and SIGs on the various lists that I subscribe
to.  Is there a BIT/ARPA/UUCP SIG that deals specifically with such
internet questions?
