i just got a couple of nec multisync plusses and
tried to connect them to a toshiba 3100.  it looks
like the scan rate is wrong since i get a fuzzy screen
with 4 images of everything.

am i doing something wrong or are these things broken?
note that i hooked up a sony multiscan and it works.
