Lines: 34 Keywords: public domain very basic question tcp-ip qnx arcnet ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What part of tcp-ip is in the public domain? I understand that DARPA or some related government agency specified what tcp-ip is. Does anyone have the reference to the government document, or an english version of it? Is there source code for tcp-ip on anything (especially an implementation for arcnet would be nice) that is public domain? Does anyone know of an existing implementation under arcnet or qnx? If these questions seem kind rudimentary, I am a mathematician, and I am posting for a friend, and he needs the answers. I want to thank you in advance for all of your time and effort!!!
