entire ARPANET will be cutover to the new End-to-End protocol (PSN
7.0) for operational verification.  At the end of this test period,
the network will be returned to the old End-to-End protocol.

Hosts experiencing problems are asked to call the the ARPANET
Monitoring Center at (617) 873-3571/3070 or (800) 492-4992.
