We need to find the best (best=least expensive & has reasonable
performance...) way to connect two, possibly several, remote Ethernets.

	1)	What hardware is available that can be used 
		to extend the TCP/IP based Ethernet over a 56kbps
		leased line?

	2)	Or possibly a faster/slower telephone circuit?
