    Seems to me that warm super-conductors should make it easy (possible) to
build mass-drivers for slinging raw materials around the solar system
 i.e: tossing space-station raw materials into orbit cheaply rather than
ferrying them up in shuttles at tremendous cost.  Should also provide a
whole new order of cyclotron-like toys for the particle-physicists to play
with.
