I am searching for the program "After MAD", described in a recent issue
of Scientific American (in the Computer Recreations column).  The article
suggests contacting Homer-Dixon at the Center for International Studies
in Cambridge, Mass.  Not wanting to wait for snail-mail, does anyone have
either a net address for Homer-Dixon or perhaps more information about 
"After MAD"?
