"In General" no way. "In Specific" yes way. Try GRABBiT from Discovery
Software (the guys who make Marauder). It has a screen flipping hot-key
feature that'll page through every current screen on your Amiga.  [I have
no involvement whatsoever with Discovery but they make some neat 
products with unusual/handy features]
