You should be able to get one from Cable To Go, 800-826-7904 or in Ohio
800-826-0958.

This place seems to stock large numbers of standard cables on hand and
will whip up custom cables from plans on demand.  Since I know the
person who researched the SC1224 cable for CTG, I'll assume it's available.
