I'm having a minor problem with moving gadgets. My application wants to move a gadget to a different location on the screen. A sample of the layout is as follows: R1 L1 R2 L2 R3 L3 R4 L4 R5 L5 R6 L6 R7 L7 R8 L8 S E Essentially, what I want to do is click on an "S" or an "E" gadget, follow the mouse and "drop" it next to one of the eight slots R1-L1 .. R8..L8. Everything works fine with one exception: the old gadget image lingers on after the move. If I have to resort to redrawing the whole screen, I'll punt and devise some kind of object-list approach, using MOUSEBUTTONS and erasing/redrawing the S/E gadgets "manually". I'm just a little annoyed that I haven't found a convenient way to do this with gadgets. Anybody got any recommendations? Thanks, Mark -- < Mark R.
