It can be disabled by not loading the VM driver, so it's at LEAST no worse than what we have now. If they can do it as described (description omitted, as it may not be intended for common distribution... it wasn't posted) it'll be great. I still think anything that's not MEMF_PUBLIC should be considered to be MEMF_PROTECTED. I mean, that's pretty much how it's documented.
