Well, I've been given a description of how C= thinks VM on the Amiga
should work, and I can't find any major flaws in it. It can be disabled
by not loading the VM driver, so it's at LEAST no worse than what we have
now. If they can do it as described (description omitted, as it may not be
intended for common distribution... it wasn't posted) it'll be great.

I still think anything that's not MEMF_PUBLIC should be considered to
be MEMF_PROTECTED. I mean, that's pretty much how it's documented. Why
put in a hook for memory protection if you're not gonna use it?
