Why didn't I think of that? Message-ID: <1341@cup.portal.com> Date: Sat, 7-Nov-87 14:55:09 EST Article-I.D.: cup.1341 Posted: Sat Nov 7 14:55:09 1987 Date-Received: Wed, 11-Nov-87 01:22:09 EST References: <1840@cadovax.UUCP> <2692@cbmvax.UUCP> Organization: The Portal System (TM) Lines: 13 XPortal-User-Id: 1.1001.1582 Of course how silly of me! I should have realized what that /B meant. I was wondering though, is there any other 'trivial' information like this left out of the manual? Armed with the /B info I should be able to guess what most things mean now, but I fear for my wife. You see not being at all interested in the hows or whys of a computer she would falsely assume that awrite was broken. Yes, yes, I can't understand this either. I have tried to explain that when something isn't in the manuals your supposed to guess. She just doesn't understand though. She says "I don't *care* how it works, I just want to *use* it!" It's attitudes like this that will kill the Amiga. Tragic. Rick_Kitts@portal.cup.com
