My tape came in the mail without my ever asking for it ... the tape label says "009757" (which I assume is the part number) "CRTG_PATCH_02OCT87" (it's a cartridge tape) and "AEGIS PATCH KIT 10/19/87". See if your local office or the 800 number can track it via the part number.
