        Of the six beta draft manuals I've been given, only one has changed
content-wise when the final version eventually came out.  In all other cases
the only differences were mechanical: illustrations, index, nicer looking type,
&c.  For people who absolutely have to have the information NOW (and there is
no REAL other source), up to five months before the final draft comes out,
the beta manuals are a godsend.
