The article that is being refered to is in the August 83 issue of 
InCider.  It discusses lots of player stats and how to modify them 
but it doesnt tell you why it does all the modifications that it 
does.  Ill explain this when I get out the description file Im typing 
up (later today).  I have removed the info from this program and put 
it into a short (?) file that "maps" out the player info on the 
disk.  The stats are not purely encoded but some are (see file later).
