   It seems there were about 550 lines starting with '#' and
containing a jumbled combination of symbols -- Were those
intentional, or is that a transfer error??? If those were intended,
what are they for?? Here is a copy of what I interpret as intended:

Sounds like you had 3.75 not 3.79.  Anyway the quick install has to be done
under dos 3.3.  Here is a working Version set up for you driver and VT100
just exec it under PRODOS
