I am getting desperate and have exhausted local possibillities for obtaining
a diagnostics diskette for the 1050 drive. Does anyone know how to get one of 
these critters?? I have posted once before but to no avail, and a drive that
reads fine but writes seemingly random errors is making me crazy. Bringing
it to the local repair shop is out since they "fixed" it once already, and
I really don't want to hand over any more dough to these guys. ANY help would
be greatly appreciated. Please respond by email unless you may have a great
revalation that may help others with similar problems with "repair" shops.
