 I am thinking about applying the Archieve compression to compress boot
disks. Currently, there are so many programs that transform boot disks into
files, such as Scrunch, Shrink, and Masher.  They all claim to reduce the
size of the transformed disks to minimum.  I believe none of them will be
able to compete with the Archieve compression, so I propose that we write a
program using the Archieve compression.

Furthermore, I also propose a better version of Archieve file for the Atari.
The current version is so slow...
