Where to get the new ROMs:

	If you are a registered developer...they are available from Atari.

How to install them:

	On the 1040, which is what I have, you have to remove the top of the
	case and power supply (which covers the area on the motherboard
	where the ROMs live).

E-mail me for details on either or both of these issues.  If I receive
a large number of requests, I can post to the net.
