I downloaded the sources for BISON and LEX from the IBM-PC roundtable on Genie. Since both programs already run under MSDOS, it shouldn't be too difficult to port them to the ST. BTW, I have ported the fast 'grep' that was posted to one of the general sources newsgroups. It is _very_ fast. On our VAX the fast 'fgrep' is much faster than the stock fgrep. On the ST the fast grep is perceptibly faster than either the fgrep built into Gulam or the fgrep that comes with the Beckmeyer C-shell. Is anyone interested? -- Preston L.
