Summary: Found the problem.. just took a little looking

I found the problem with rn not working from the UNIX PC's modem and failing
with a "Can't open tty".

Patch is in file: term.c,v 4.3.1.2 85/05/16 16:45:35 lwall Exp $

    1. Change the lines:

    	devtty = open("/dev/tty",0);
    		-to-
    	devtty = open("/dev/tty",O_RDWR|O_NDELAY); 

    2. Remove the line:

    	fcntl(devtty,F_SETFL,O_NDELAY);
