First, how does the mail setup know which L.sys entries can be edited
from the windows.  (Obviously, I can open up a UNIX window and edit
L.sys, but I'm curious as to why there are some entries that I can't
edit from the Administration windows.)  It seems to have something to
do with how the entry was added; only the entries that were added from
the window can be edited frm the window.

Second, are mailx and emacs available only to AT&T employees from THE
STORE!?
