I've seen a lot of gripes about the fact that AT&T is keeping HDB uucp
to themselves.  From what I've gathered, HDB uucp (modified for the 
UNIXpc) handles the on-board modem better than the standard uucp.  Is
that the only difference between the two?  What else does HDB offer?
