Have you considered the GSS*CGI graphics package ? This package is marketed by my company and is more than capable of doing exactly what you have in mind. The GSS*CGI package is based on the ANSI standard CGI specification and is therefore supported by hundreds of applications. We have device drivers available for all the devices you mentioned plus perhaps a hundred or more others. IBM markets this software under the name GDT (Graphics Development Tool).
