I have just posted to comp.sources.misc a few such files, along with a tool that I use to produce them. It's a program for PC-compatible machines, that provides a shaded-pixel representation of a printed page (80 x 66 print positions). You edit the shaded pixels on your screen, and the program transforms them into ASCII text files that you can send to the printer. What has been posted to comp.sources.misc is: Five printer-ready files. The "editable" live source for those files. The editor program: Source in Turbo Pascal 1.0. Executable .COM file. Brief instructions for use. I may or may not respond to bugs, as it's pretty old and I haven't touched it in years. Just posted it because it seemed to answer a few requests.
