I am using MSC 4.0 (no 5.0 yet!). I tried opening to the COM1 port and writing the appropriate control strings, no luck. I then tried using BIOS routines directly, again no luck. The modem does not respond. I know there is nothing wrong with the modem since I use it regularly with crosstalk and windows term.exe. Does anyone out there have an example of how to communicate with a modem? Please email me some examples!!!!
