MSDOS ARC:

	I wish to get my hands on the file format that 'arc' uses or the
'arc' source itself. I understand that it is in the public domain. The
reason that I need this is that there are a few 'arc' files that I wish to
unpack on a DEC Microvax running ULTRIX.
	If anybody can help in this matter, I would be most gratefull.
