We have doubled the disk storage on SIMTEL20.  In the process some
changes had to be made.  All directories, (except those listed in the
next paragraph) which were previously addressed as device PD: must now
be addressed as PD1:  These include <CPM.*>, <MSDOS.*>, <MISC.*>,
<PC-BLUE.*>, <SIGM.*>, and <CPMUG>.

The following directories must be addressed as device PD2:  <ADA.*>,
<CM.*>, <VHDL.*>, <UNIX.*>, <MACINTOSH.*>, and <PCNET.*>.
