Watch out is right...the newest version of Codeview (released
with MSC 5.0) adds 80K to the .exe size of the version I had
been using, a similar amount to the runtime required load
size...Half the things I used to Codeview all the time no
longer have enough space and using the "Expanded Memory"
option to store the symbol table didn't make any difference!

PS...Not only does new Codeview not load in my old files, old
Codeview is unfortunately also not happy with MSC 5.0 codeview
debugging options and LINK 3.61.
