Cost is the biggest factor in this purchase since it is simply to breath some life into our PC class machines. I have tried the MINI-EMS board from Franklin Telecom (ordered thru Shamrock mail order). This board costs only $179 and has 768K of 120ns RAM and can backfill base memory to 640K. Unfortunately, this board returns a hardware error on bootup. Pressing a function key gets aroung the error and it seems to be working properly, but the error would indicate that it is either: -incopatible with the Leading Edge or -a poorly designed card If anyone out in Netland has another inexpensive board that they think I should consider, please let me know. thanx, hoctor@osiris
