DA Norton posted a package called DANtools perhaps a year ago.  It includes
	atob, btoa, cal, cat, chmod, compress, detab, dump,
	entab, head, pr, swchar, tail, touch, udate, uudecode, uuencode

Are you there, Mr. Norton?  Would you repost your package?
